A world gymnaestrada is a big event that is held every 4 years, where up to 23 000 gymnasts get together to celebrate gymnastics for all. The pleasure, joy and laughter lasts a lifetime.

Since 1995 we as Gold Reef Rhythmic Gymnastics take a team to these spectacular international events, and we have not missed one since.

This event can be practised by anyone, no matter what age, size or skill level you are.
